The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
In your role as Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all Site Managers, Supervisors, Quality Administrators and Tenant Liaison Officers under your supervision. Ensuring that all on site activities are delivered safely to the highest quality, on programme and within budget, from conception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage setting up each project, from allocating the site team, handover from estimating, agreeing budgets, reviewing retrofit information, sub-con procurement & formulating programmes.
- Day to day management of site managers, Site Supervisors, Tenants Liaison Officers and any Site Operatives under your control.
- Hold regular team briefings (formal and informal) to ensure that staff are kept informed of Programme priorities, changes and to review key project milestones.
- Ensure all sites are adequately resourced, both from a company perspective and the supply chain.
- Monitor the performance of the supply chain on a regular basis, ensuring all supply chain members are adhering to their programme and contractual requirements.
- Attend regular operations meetings and produce necessary reports.
- Ensure all properties are completed to the required contract specification standards and all retrofit compliance requirements are adhered to in order that all properties are lodged in line with client deadlines.
