Prospero Health and Social Care supports Children and Young Adults in unregistered settings and bespoke crisis intervention placements. We are actively seeking experienced support staff for our ever-expanding organisation in Cardiff and surrounding areas.
We have excellent part time and full time opportunities on an agency basis for Support/senior workers to join our team. Every day is different and you will face new challenges; we need staff members with a can-do attitude, that are willing to go above and beyond for the children in their care to better their lives, promoting independence, being a role model and achieving a successful home environment for them to live, in line with local authority care plan.

Requirements for this position:
- 12 months paid experience within the health and social care sector (working with children and young adults)
- Must be able to drive and has business insurance
- Happy to travel
- Accommodation provided
- Reliable, flexible and compassionate
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (desired but not essential)
- Social Care registered
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 48 per week
Day range: Some weekends, Monday to Friday
Physical setting: Residential home, Sheltered housing
Shift: 12 hour shift, Day shift, Night shift
