We are seeking a skilled multi trader to join our team, specializing in house renovations with a focus on basic carpentry and aspects of wet trades and making good, both internal and external. The ideal candidate will have experience in the previously mentioned skillset for a period of 2 years or longer and will have a labourer working alongside to assist with any lifting or moving of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in basic carpentry, basic roof maintenance and repair.
- Mould Prevention (Internal / External)
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete renovation projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Aware Certificate desirable (but help can be offered to obtain this)
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and own transport (However, only be expected to operate within a 2 mile radius).
