Job Description About the Company – Our client is one of the oldest and largest privately held financial institutions. For over 200 years, they have provided services to the most sophisticated individuals and institutions with award-winning expertise in Investment Management, Private Banking, and Investor Services through our 6,000 colleagues located across North America, Europe, and Asia. Their Talent and Development (T&D) team works globally to enable the business to achieve its strategic goals by developing, embedding, and enhancing learning and practices that support employee performance, growth, and engagement. About the Role – The T&D team is seeking a VP, Leadership Development to be responsible for the oversight, creation, and execution of leadership programming, in conjunction with the Global Head of Talent & Development. This role is an integral part of the Talent & Development team and will be charged with the ownership of a portfolio of leadership programs. This individual will be expected to lead, design, implement, manage, facilitate, and evaluate the Firm’s leadership development programming, as well as continually level-up program elements for greater impact.
