We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team and drive the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our strategic roadmap. We want to hear from you if you’re passionate about solving complex problems and leading high-impact change across Sales, Service, CPQ, OMS, and CCaaS.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for Salesforce solutions
- Translate business needs into scalable, effective solutions
- Produce high- and low-level design documentation
- Guide and mentor technical teams across multiple projects
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Own solutions for Renue Lifecycle Management and major business improvement projects
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading Salesforce technical solutions
- Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- CPQ experience is required
- Experience with CCaaS, MuleSoft, and/or Order Management is a strong plus
