Role Overview: We’re inviting Consultant Ophthalmologists (FRCOphth or equivalent) to join our teams on flexible sessional contracts delivering comprehensive ophthalmology services. You’ll be providing clinical expertise primarily across:

  • Cataract Surgery
  • General Ophthalmology & Minor Ops Clinics

You’ll work alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams in fully equipped NHS hospital facilities, supported by dedicated clinical and administrative staff.

Essential Criteria:

  • GMC Specialist Registration (Ophthalmology) with licence to practise
  • FRCOphth qualification or equivalent
  • Extensive cataract surgery and ophthalmology clinic experience
  • Commitment to patient care, clinical governance, and continuous professional development
  • Right to work in the UK
