Our Talent Management Partner will be an integral part of our evolving Learning & Development team. This newly created role will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing talent development initiatives that align with CareCo’s business goals, with a focus on competency frameworks, performance management, talent profiling and succession planning.
This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours over a Monday to Friday week, based out of CareCo’s Braintree site with the option to work from home 1 day a week.
- Coordinate the performance management process, balancing alignment with business goals and individual development.
- Ensuring meaningful performance conversations take place and the analysis of performance/talent data to identify trends, skill gaps, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement talent profiling tools to track employee competency, performance standards, career aspirations, and development needs.
- Use this data to recommend tailored learning paths, development programmes, and organisational development initiatives.
- Develop and execute a robust succession planning approach for critical roles across the organisation.
- Creating an internal talent pool for leadership and key positions with personalised development plans to prepare them for future roles.
- Work with L&D Partners to identify development programmes and training initiatives.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on talent metrics, including competency assessments, performance reviews, and succession planning outcomes.
Previous experience in talent management, succession planning, or a similar HR/L&D/OD role, within an internal team.
Competent in developing and implementing competency frameworks, performance management systems, and talent development programs.
Up-to-date knowledge of the talent development industry, related technologies and a dedication to providing high-quality and innovative talent development solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with various departments and leadership levels.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform talent initiatives.
Ability to use HR, performance, talent and learning management systems to manage and report on talent management projects.
Highly organised, with the ability to effectively project manage and prioritise responsibilities.
Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
