Copello are working with an innovative engineering business in the search for an experienced Marketing Manager to support their growth within the Defence and Technical sectors. Please note that this role requires eligibility to obtain Security Clearance.
This role will lead all marketing and communications activity across the business, including brand development, campaign delivery, product launches, content strategy, digital marketing, events, and market research. The Marketing Manager will also act as a key link between marketing and sales, particularly across the Defence portfolio, ensuring alignment in messaging and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in line with business growth plans
- Oversee brand management across all platforms and markets
- Lead digital campaigns, content creation, and online presence
- Support product go-to-market activities and commercial campaigns
- Organise events and exhibitions to support brand awareness and lead generation
- Act as subject matter expert for Defence marketing within the team

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a technical or defence-focused business
- Strong digital marketing, branding, and campaign management experience
- Confident working across departments to align marketing and commercial strategies
