A requirement for an Insurance client looking for a Deputy Company Secretary on an interim basis to help the group fulfil its business aims and to meet specified regulatory requirements. This role will require supporting the Company Secretary, General Counsel and the Boards/Committees in ensuring good governance, compliance as well as all other legal and regulatory regimes.
