Requirements of the role: Leverage data analytics to support the successful introduction of new products. Develop frameworks to improve NPI efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and enhance quality. Build tools for resource and capacity planning to enable proactive project management. Create reports and dashboards to track progress, highlight opportunities, and present insights to key stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Support the development and integration of project management tools and systems. Engage in ongoing learning and development to strengthen both technical and leadership capabilities. What Skills and Qualifications needed: A degree or master\’s in Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Previous experience in a data/resource analyst role. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for manufacturing. Proficiency (or working knowledge) in tools such as PowerBI, SQL, and SAP. Comfortable working with complex datasets and deriving actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
