iO Associates is looking for a Finance Business Partner to work with a global technology and defence company specializing in aerospace, communication, and electronic systems. It provides advanced solutions for government and commercial customers, focusing on mission-critical applications in defence, space, and cybersecurity. The company offers expertise in secure communications, surveillance, avionics, and automation, supporting industries such as national security, intelligence, and public safety.
You bring proven knowledge and experience in:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- Part qualified or foundation level ACCA or CIMA.
- Previous finance business partnering experience.
- Advanced user of MS Office Suite including Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Create financial reporting packages and offer program managers advice regarding deviations.
- Establishing and maintaining baselines, managing performance, and estimating at full development and analysis.
- Execute, track, document, and evaluate the program's budget and/or timeline.
- Manage earned value through installation, upkeep, reporting, and analysis.
- Plan the price and/or the date of the monthly program reviews.
