The predicted salary is between 21600 - 36000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact to the Customer, ensuring they receive a professional service, and being responsible for Customer Queries, Returns and liaising on several Marketplace Platforms including Amazon, eBay and OnBuy.

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Customer Queries
  • Managing Returns
  • Responding to Marketplace e-mails
  • Supporting the Sales Team
  • Inputting Sales Orders if required
  • Listing Products on various Marketplaces including Amazon and eBay
  • Other related duties as required

Required Experience or Qualifications:

  • Have a passion and understanding of Online Marketplace(s)
  • Customer service experience desirable but not required
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of working in a team
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience of problem solving and working on own initiative
  • Computer literate

Preferred Experience or Qualifications:

  • JBA preferred but not required
  • A willingness to learn and be open to change
  • Achievement against targets and Key Performance Indicators
  • Understanding of the 'Online' world of eBay and Amazon
  • A positive attitude and work ethic
