Job role: Design Technology Teacher with QTS Start Date: January 2025 Pay expectation: £875 – £1100 per week through PAYE Location: West Midlands Teaching Personnel are looking for qualified English Teachers to start at our well established partnered schools within the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed their PGCE and be in recipt of a QTS. They will also be outgoing, enthusiastic and willing to learn new techniques through working across a range of different Secondary Schools. The schedules available to work are full-time, part-time and also day to day ! Meaning you will be able to experience teaching in multiple different schools if requested! The ideal candidate: Written and verbal communication skills, including confident public speaking and active listening Superior knowledge of subjects they teach Ability to break complex topics down to make them more accessible Conflict resolution and classroom management for managing disagreements between students and for unruly behaviour Organisation for managing various projects and administrative tasks for different classes Creative thinking to engage students and develop innovative solutions to aid learning Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in data entry, word processing and record keeping software Will hold a UK QTS, or be an NQT Job Position: Devising lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines where appropriate Leading classes by giving lectures, demonstrating tasks, assigning tasks and encouraging discussions Encouraging student participation and performance Supervising students while they complete tasks independently Answering student questions Setting homework or exercises for students to practice their skills after class Developing and marking examinations to measure students’ progress Assessing and reporting on students’ academic achievements and behaviour If you would like to apply for this amazing new opportunity, then please click the ‘apply now’ button ensuring to upload your CV! any successfull candidates will be contatcted within 7 working days of their application!
