A close knit, entrepreneurial and collaborative business based in the Cotswold’s is seeking a forward thinking, client focused and detail oriented Client Account Executive to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis with the opportunity for hybrid working.
Supporting the founder of the business, you will work closely with an experienced team to help with all administrative and client focused aspects of the business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in client focused roles, ideally within rapidly growing businesses alongside a broad administrative background. You must have strong communication and administrative skills, be a team player, and have a flexible approach to work.
Day to day duties include:
- Managing the CRM system
- Utilising AI to conduct detailed reports for clients
- Analysing data to report on trends and present back to clients where needed
- Handling all queries from clients, ensuring their SLA’s are adhered to
- Setting up new clients on their system and helping them through the onboarding process
- Supporting with invoicing and payment collection, handling any billing queries
- Ad hoc project and administrative support
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role, such as Account Executive, Client Relationship Coordinator or broader Administration/Coordinator roles, ideally from within the Technology or similar industries. You will have strong IT skills, be advanced with MS packages including Excel, and have high levels of service delivery.
Due to the location of this role, it is recommended that the successful candidate has access to a car. The company offers hybrid working once training is completed.
