We’re seeking an experienced Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join and lead our small electronics design team. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of the electrical and electronic design for our range of products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing electronic and electrical schematics, integrating components like pumps, motors, and valves.
- Selecting and specifying components and suppliers with a focus on performance, reliability, cost, and long-term availability.
- Supporting and mentoring other Engineers, contributing to design reviews, and driving quality through structured engineering processes.
- Documenting your work clearly and thoroughly, including manuals, test procedures, and technical construction files.
A relevant degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is desirable, along with solid post-qualification experience. Hands-on experience with design tools such as SolidWorks, ePlan, and PCBA design is required, along with the ability to manage complex configurations within a PDM system.
