Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Paralegal to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential property law, exceptional organizational skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. This role demands a proactive, client-focused individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research on property laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and leases.
• Manage and organize case files and property documents.
• Coordinate and conduct property closings, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other legal professionals.
• Perform due diligence, including title searches and reviewing property records.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and court proceedings as necessary.
• Stay current with residential property laws and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal in residential property law.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent qualification.
• In-depth understanding of real estate transactions and property laws.
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
