I'm looking for a sharp-thinking strategist with a solid research background—someone who knows how to uncover insight and use it to spark real organisational change. If you’ve got experience in qual or quant methods (ideally both), and you're keen to see your work go beyond the slide deck into actual business transformation, this one’s for you.

This role sits within a growing research & strategy function, in a broader team of 20 people. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, lots of opportunity to shape things, and support from Strategy Directors who trust you to own the detail and delivery.

The projects are global, complex, and culture-focused briefs for the likes of Meta, McLaren, AstraZeneca, IHG and Selfridges. Whether it’s helping a brand rethink its EVP, redefining culture from the inside out, or understanding what makes a workforce truly engaged, this is deep, strategic work that often spans 6–9 months of activation.

Your job is to uncover the insights by running interviews, focus groups, stakeholder sessions and then turning that into sharp thinking and clear strategy. Strong writing is a must. You’ll be crafting propositions, writing reports, and helping businesses hardwire change.

If you're looking for the chance to make a real impact—from shaping cultures at household-name brands to transforming toxic workplaces into purpose-driven ones, apply now!
