Location: Manchester – hybrid

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Sunday, and 7:30 am - 3:30 pm on Monday - Thursday

We have a fantastic opportunity for a company in Manchester for a switched-on Customer Service Advisor. The role is permanent and will be on a hybrid basis (so you must be within commutable distance to Manchester) and will be an admin focused position looking after guests of our client. This is a fantastic position for an internationally recognised company that offers great opportunity progression.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking taxis
  • Organising catering
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Transferring calls to the relevant department

What we're looking for:

  • Customer service experience (essential)
  • Experience within luxury goods, hotels, professional customer service (preferred)
  • Commutable distance to Manchester (essential)
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Language skills are preferred but not essential (German, French, Italian, Spanish)
