Your new role In your new role as Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for driving lean manufacturing implementation, overseeing quality processes that are improved and adhered to, ensuring maintenance of quality management systems and satisfying customer/industry standards for product quality. All quality and CI led activities will be carried out with a safety and compliance focus, working closely with other departments in a collaborative manner, guaranteeing seamless integration of quality and improvement initiatives.
