Role Requirements:- Market research - Staying up to date on the industry trends, knowing your specific market.
- Sourcing candidates - Targeting and recruiting talent, while developing a pipeline of candidates for both current and future job openings.
- Managing clients - Establishing and nurturing relationships, while generating new leads through cold calling and research.
- Negotiating - Facilitating negotiations of job offers and compensation packages to ensure a favourable outcome for both candidates and clients.
- Interview scheduling and management - Coordinating interviews, offering feedback, and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- You will have complete autonomy to manage your own business, overseeing the entire recruitment process lifecycle, and specialising in one of the world's fastest-growing and most successful industries.
- Competitive base salaries, starting at £24,000+ (OTE year one £35,000-£45,000).
