Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Community Associate located in Kidderminster. The Community Associate will be responsible for providing community support, communication, case management, and community health services on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication
• Community Support and Case Management skills
• Experience in Community Health
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in community service roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Health, or related field
