Defendant RTA Large Loss Lawyer

England Full-Time 42000 - 78000 £ / year (est.) No home office possible

Due to the development and continued growth of this firm’s Personal Injury department, they are seeking to appoint a Lawyer to run a caseload of RTA Multitrack cases and assist on a case load of Complex & Catastrophic Personal Injury cases in excess of £1M.

You will be working at a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 firm and this is a really great opportunity to be work on a variety of high quality work with the support of other lawyers and paralegals.

You will be handling cases with complex indemnity concerns and should be familiar with Article 75 / MIB / Road Traffic Act 1988 / Policy Avoidance.

The Candidate

RTA indemnity experience is essential
Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
Understanding of case law and litigation practice as well as Court Practice Rules
