About the Role
We’re now on the hunt for an eCommerce & Growth Executive, a pivotal role that will help us grow and thrive across all our eCommerce sales channels. This role works across our Amazon and website channels, ensuring that our online presence is optimised for success and continuously evolving to meet our customers' needs. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving sales performance, and enhancing the customer experience across our digital platforms. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career go-getter who’s excited to dive into the world of eCommerce, data, and growth marketing. You don’t need tons of experience - we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, strong initiative, and a numbers-first way of thinking. You’ll get exposure to analytics, marketing strategy, and channel optimisation, with direct access to senior team members and a fast-paced environment where your ideas will be heard. Whether you’ve just finished University, recently switched paths, or already have a bit of experience under your belt, this is a brilliant step for someone ready to grow quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation, administration and optimisation of Amazon Advertising Campaigns across multiple regions
- Run and oversee continuous A/B content testing across both Amazon and Web.
- Analyse and report on product and competitor trends.
- Oversee the growth and optimisation of opportunity marketplaces Etsy and eBay.
- Review, analyse and report on website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Shopify Plus Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Provide findings and growth opportunities.
- Provide support with the development of our marketing reporting dashboards with our Business Intelligence system.
- Liaise with the wider marketing team regarding brand, strategy creative requirement.
- Keep up to date with Amazon marketplace policy changes and help ensure compliance.
