For Companies HAIL Partners are partnering with a global private equity firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to support their Head of Sales, alongside two other senior executives. This is a high-impact role for an experienced EA who can bring structure, foresight, and momentum to a fast-paced, externally focused leader, acting as a trusted right hand within a growing and evolving commercial function.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing highly complex and fast-moving diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive global travel and roadshows
- Providing day-to-day support across business development, marketing and fundraising activity
- Supporting client meetings and working closely with other team members to ensure a faultless experience
- Managing expenses and ensuring smooth administrative processes
Role Requirements
- Proven EA experience within Private Equity, investment management, or financial services
- Exceptionally strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confidence managing heavy travel schedules and complex logistics
- Calm, resilient, and assured when working with senior, high-demand stakeholders
- Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead
- Professional, polished, and relationship-driven
- Trusted and credible presence within a close-knit, high-performing team
