Are you a graduate with a Life Sciences degree? We have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on administrative and operations experience working with a progressive pre-clinical stage biotechnology company. Currently small, they are an ambitious team with big aspirations and as such this role will offer exposure to an early and exciting stage of company development.
In this role you will support the CEO and wider team, providing administrative and organisational support. The ideal candidate must be highly organised and detail orientated, but able to show initiative and problem solve when required. The role will utilise various systems, trackers and financial processes, so some relevant administrative experience would be required. This role will provide personal and professional growth over time.
- Provide direct support to the CEO and team, including diary management, travel bookings, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
- Manage expenses, purchase orders, and incoming and outgoing invoices
- Maintain internal trackers and records
- Draft meeting minutes, action logs, and other key communications
- Post on LinkedIn/manage website
- Support ad-hoc projects, including competitor and investor research
- Pitch in across the business as needed—whether that’s coordinating with external partners or arranging collection of samples
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
