I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Group Scrum Master to join their team.
Job Description
As Group Scrum Master, your main responsibilities are:
- Guiding and coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
- Helping Scrum Team focus on creating high-value product increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Helping removal of obstacles to Scrum Team's progress
- Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the timebox
- Helping stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
