Centre Point Recruitment are seeking a highly professional and experienced Luxury Residential Concierge to join our client, a specialist residential managing agents on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of efficiency and discretion. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist residents with various requests, including reservations, transportation, and personal errands.
- Coordinate with external service providers to arrange for maintenance, housekeeping, and other services.
- Manage and oversee the reception area, ensuring it is always clean and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery.
- Address and resolve any resident complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and requests.
- Ensure the security and privacy of residents by monitoring access to the building and reporting any suspicious activity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
Hours: 12hr shift – Pittman rota (Day and Night available)
