People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Rates of Pay:
- AM Start Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
- PM Start Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour
Day to Day Duties:
- Store deliveries or mainly caged goods, which can include handball.
- Operate and drive various Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Hold a valid UK Category C Licence.
- Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving Category C vehicles.
- No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes.
- Have a valid CPC Card & Digi Card.
- Must be able to speak and read a good level of English.
- Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills.
- Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
- Effective communication skills.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in multi drop experience will be beneficial.
Training:
- Driver's Assessment will have to be completed.
