I am currently working with a privately owned developer looking to expand the team with a planning manager. They have recently gone through substantial growth and are aggressively buying more land and development opportunities.
The business specialises in sourcing and buying sites off market without planning and ultimately getting the planning gain. They also build out sites and have a growing portfolio of projects they are building for sale.
Because of the increase in land being brought into the business, they are looking to expand the business with a Planning manager. You would report into the Planning director and be responsible for project managing a number of planning applications and working closely with the land buyers.
You will either be working for a planning consultancy or another property developer/house builder. You will be degree qualified and MRTPI qualified. You must have extensive experience in dealing with planning applications and appeals in the residential property market.
