At Reperio Human Capital we offer trainee recruitment consultants a very attractive package:
- A competitive base salary of £24,000
- An uncapped commission scheme with no thresholds - realistic first year OTE of £35,000+
- Second year OTE of £45,000 - £60,000+
- Career progression purely based on performance, with structured career paths
- In-depth training programme, with our onsite trainer, mentoring and coaching from experienced consultants (who are eager to help)

The Recruitment Consultant Role:
Recruitment is sales driven and involves building relationships with clients and candidates. You don't need any prior recruitment experience, just the hunger to succeed.
Your responsibilities:
- Following your initial training & development programme, you will begin to build your niche market and craft your skills as a Special IT Recruitment Consultant
- You will use your personality to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Using business development techniques, you will grow your impressive portfolio of clients, who will be eager to utilise your skills as a niche IT Recruitment Consultant
- You will identify, approach and source potential candidates through a variety of attraction methods as part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
What do you need?
For this position, experience in some form of sales environment is beneficial. You should have the ability and drive to work to tough deadlines, negotiate sales and develop client relationships. You will be financially motivated and eager to build your own unique business within Reperio.
