Are you an experienced and driven Structural Engineer looking for an exciting international opportunity? We’re seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join our London team with a clear path to relocate to Australia in approximately 1-2 years. This role offers the chance to work on UK and Australian projects, with guidance provided during the transition. This hybrid position involves 75% office work and 25% remote work. We support your relocation, including visa sponsorship, as you help grow our Australian team. Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact and project lead
- Design and document Adelaide-based residential projects from concept to construction
- Design and document Adelaide-based minor commercial projects from concept to construction
- Manage a team of design engineers and drafters
- Conduct site visits and inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a design consultancy
- Experience with architecturally led private residential new builds, alterations, and additions
- Experience with minor commercial projects like residential towers and office buildings
- Proficiency in timber, steel, masonry, and concrete design
