We’re looking for a highly organised Key Account Customer Success Executive to manage event delivery for pharmaceutical clients in a regulated environment. Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll oversee multiple accounts, ensure compliance, and coordinate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, seamless event experiences.
Event & Compliance Management
- Ensure all pharmaceutical events comply with industry regulations and internal processes.
- Manage contracts, speaker agreements, and materials to meet compliance standards.
- Maintain documentation for audits and coordinate approvals with external compliance partners.
- Oversee content and collateral to ensure accuracy pre-event.
Client Account Coordination
- Serve as the main contact for pharmaceutical clients, managing timelines, approvals, and communications.
- Tailor event delivery to meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with client-side legal, finance, and medical teams to ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring consistent support and delivery.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, ops, sales, finance) to align on event execution.
- Drive cross-functional communication and support compliance training across departments.
