About us: DCS Tech are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our client’s growing product management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.
Role overview: In this role, you'll be responsible for owning and managing a portfolio of products while driving the development and launch of new features and offerings into the marketplace. You’ll work cross-functionally, turning insight into action and ensuring new product developments meet both internal and external needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of products, leading on the development of new features and propositions.
- Build and present compelling business cases for new product ideas, highlighting both tangible and intangible value to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Market Intelligence to deeply understand customer needs, competitor movements, market trends, and economic indicators.
- Act as the internal product expert, providing specialist knowledge across teams.
- Lead the delivery of internal product launches, defining expectations for sales, client and operational impact, and future enhancements.
- Be open to occasional travel, both locally and internationally.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to justify and document choices.
- Professional and collaborative approach when working with partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Sound knowledge of the regulatory landscape in financial services and payments, including PSD2, PSRs, and EMRs.
- Familiarity with payment systems and digital product environments would be highly advantageous.
