We can only achieve this by working with great people, and as such, we are currently seeking an Administrator to join our recruitment delivery teams in supporting clients throughout NI. We are passionate about providing our clients with the best talent experience possible and work with them to provide innovative solutions to meet their talent challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working across a number of key accounts supporting the talent acquisition partners in their roles including talent pool management and the issuing of communications.
  • Managing the onboarding process for agency workers and ensuring 100% compliance on all agency worker files prior to worker start date in line with customer requirements.
  • Processing of Access NI checks as required ensuring validation of identity is compliant with Access NI criteria.
  • Carrying out checks to ensure hours are correctly prepared and approved to be processed by the payroll time in line with payroll deadlines.
  • PO Management.
  • Creation of TMS reports and filing of manual payment approvals for authorisation of invoices.
  • Support on projects including but not limited to, compliance, pay awards and back pay.
  • Management of helpdesk queries in line with SLAs.
  • Supporting on note taking for HR processes.
  • Demonstrate Cpl Core Values in all interactions with colleagues, customers and agency workers.
  • Expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.

Requirements for this role

  • 1+ years work experience in an administrative role.
  • Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting delivery SLAs & KPIs.
  • Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

  • 100% Audit pass for compliance for agency worker documentation requirements.
  • Efficient management of the agency worker weekly hours and payment approvals to be prepared for payroll to process.
  • Accuracy in the management of manual payments.
  • All invoice back up maintained for approvals.
