Well known, well regarded Commercial Property Company are seeking an experienced Building Manager to join the team. The role requires a professional, capable and comfortable managing a prestigious office building located to the South of Warrington.
The role requires someone with a solid Building / Facilities Manager background; someone with H&S qualifications (i.e. IOSH) along with exceptional communications skills and customer service knowledge.
Day to day, the role involves a whole host of tasks including:
