Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with expertise in Mathematics
- Demonstrate the skills of an outstanding teacher
- Ability to lead and manage a Faculty effectively
- Right to work in the UK
- Must provide 2 proven professional references - this is essential
- Possess or willing to obtain a DBS Certificate on the update service
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a thriving learning environment by embracing the school's values and actively supporting its teaching and learning goals
- Lead the Faculty's engagement with the School Improvement Plan, from drafting and implementation to monitoring, review, and reporting
- Assist the Head Teacher and SLT with attracting and selecting top talent for the school
- Promote positive learning habits and provide support to students facing work-related challenges
