Aureos is looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Normanton. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless coordination of all site-based activities managed from our Normanton office. It offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from setting up site safety folders to overseeing out-of-town accommodation arrangements, making it a key support function within our operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process incoming and outgoing post
- Telephone enquiries
- Update and maintain timesheet tracker and provide relevant data for reports
- Compile and produce hardcopy site files for Project Managers - Health & Safety, Quality, Contract, CDM
- Book accommodation
- Order office and site stationery
- Assist Project Managers to help in ensuring projects are run in compliance with the organisation's requirements
- Updating and maintaining our Fleet records including off hiring vehicles and ensuring insurance is up to date
- Archiving company information
Qualifications / Experience
- Sound understanding of basic computer skills and IT systems
- Applies skills and knowledge to achieve department and business objectives
