The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Manage shift resources to execute on operational plans with safety, customer service, environmental performance and manufacturing efficiency being key drivers and KPIs. Coordinates resources to achieve production plans, monitors progress and investigates, resolves and communicates issues impacting the efficient achievement of plans. Actively promotes and leads all routine and non-routine safety, environmental and continuous improvement activities and initiatives with direct reports and all support functions on shift. Accurately communicates progress against plan, deviations from plan and suspected causes to operations management. Manages behaviour and development of direct reports – attendance management, productivity and quality management, and behavioural management and creates individual improvement and development plans as required.
Qualifications
- Recommended minimum of 2 or more years manufacturing experience

Must have knowledge of Database software; Design software; Internet software, MS Office software to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts.
