What you’ll do
Managing the full conveyancing cycle : From taking instructions, preparing and submitting legal documents (contracts, letters, Land Registry, HMRC forms) to handling exchange and completion.
Title Checking : conducting thorough title checks (Freehold and Leasehold) in order to make informed decisions, avoid potential legal problems, and ensure a smooth property transaction.
Due diligence : ensure that the best interests of the client, any mortgage lender and Dezrezlegal are adequately protected.
Client & Third‑Party Communication : Liaising with clients, third parties, and colleagues to ensure smooth progress of all matters.
