Permanent Full Time role, based on site. Salary up to £40,000. Based in Ripon.

Medlock Partners are partnering with a well-established property construction business based in Ripon, who are looking for a personal assistant professional to support the directors’ daily activities. The successful person will ideally have previous personal/executive assistant experience, ideally within the legal or property industry.

Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

  • Book & arrange both internal and external meetings for the CEO
  • Manage a busy itinerary, co-ordinate and booking travel arrangements
  • Co-ordinate project board meetings recording minutes
  • Assist with reviewing project and proposal documents
  • Chasing up outstanding project documents
  • Management of Project Legal & Contractual documentation (contracts/appointments and Warrantees)
  • Oversee all general office administration tasks
  • Management of IT filing systems
  • Undertake statutory office compliance (PAT, Air conditioning, First Aid kits etc)
  • Plan and co-ordinate internal staff events

Key requirements for the Personal Assistant:

  • Previous personal assistant experience within contract and property law
  • Highly organised and excellent time management skills
  • Strong systems skills and knowledge including MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels within the companies
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, travel arrangements & diary management
  • Ability to remain calm and professional but agile to changing requirements
  • Office management experience
