What You Will Do
- Oversee and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance overall operations.
- Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and enforcing best practices.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, oversee inventory audits, and implement effective stock rotation strategies.
- Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Ensure Operational excellence by introducing new technologies, systems, and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
What You Will Need
- Proven experience in people management
