Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a well-established law firm in the search for a conveyancing legal secretary to join their busy Bangor office.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to solicitors, assisting with property transactions from instruction to completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds, as well as liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders. You will handle correspondence, schedule appointments, conduct property searches, and assist with Land Registry applications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and have experience in conveyancing, we would love to hear from you!

Criteria

  • Previous experience working within a legal environment
  • Previous experience in a conveyancing legal secretary role (desired)
  • Competent at audio dictation
