Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage data to solve key business problems from the clients. The program manager will be managing reporting needs of the end client.
- Seamless connect with client and understand client requirements and deliver apt analytical outputs to answer questions. Knowledge of the telecom market will be preferred.
- Deliver and manage business analytics projects.
- Drive insights and recommendations using various data exploration tools and techniques.
Qualification & Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in Analytics Consulting.
- Ability to work in a high pace environment and handle multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-solving skills.
- Being able to communicate with internal/external customers, desire to develop communication and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of telecom sector will be preferred though not mandatory.
Technical:
- SQL knowledge is must.
- BI knowledge is good to have.
- Ability to seamlessly work with MS Excel – working knowledge of pivot table and related functions.
- Ability to derive insights and create reports, present using slides/ PPT.
- Creation of reports / analysis of data / analytical tools / SQL.
