*New* Total Yearly earnings £32211 (including hourly pay, sleep-ins and on-call)
Additional £5 per hour on bank holidays

Core Hours for Residential care workers 7am-10pm
Overnight sleep-ins also required (average of 6 sleep-ins per month – Paid at an additional rate £65 per sleep in)
On Call payments also made at an additional rate of £40 per day.

This Residential care worker role involves working SLEEP-INS on a rota basis, you must be fully flexible to meet the needs of the children we care for.
A full UK driving license is also essential.
Requirements:
- Experience in this field is advantageous, however if you are looking for a change or are someone who is patient and caring with a strong level of emotional intelligence and enjoys learning new skills and experiences we would like to offer you the opportunity to join our team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff.
- Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
- Aged 21 or over
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work long days and sleep ins on a rota basis
- Comfortable with managing behaviours that challenge
