Pay

*New* Total Yearly earnings £32211 (including hourly pay, sleep-ins and on-call)

Additional £5 per hour on bank holidays

Shift and Schedule

Core Hours for Residential care workers 7am-10pm

Overnight sleep-ins also required (average of 6 sleep-ins per month – Paid at an additional rate £65 per sleep in)

On Call payments also made at an additional rate of £40 per day.

This Residential care worker role involves working SLEEP-INS on a rota basis, you must be fully flexible to meet the needs of the children we care for.

A full UK driving license is also essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience in this field is advantageous, however if you are looking for a change or are someone who is patient and caring with a strong level of emotional intelligence and enjoys learning new skills and experiences we would like to offer you the opportunity to join our team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff.
  • Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
  • Aged 21 or over
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work long days and sleep ins on a rota basis
  • Comfortable with managing behaviours that challenge

We invest in all of our employees and we will provide a full programme of mandatory training for the role as part of an induction and then further bespoke training.
