The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
The role manages internal support functions such as finance, HR, ICT, facilities, health and safety, governance, procurement, and performance management. Oversees budget management, revenue growth, cost control, and daily operations. Improves service delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money across support functions. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Ensures compliance with governance processes, tendering, procurement, and risk management. Provides strategic leadership and line management for senior staff in corporate support functions. Ensures HR compliance, timely salary payments, and proper payroll records.
The Person: As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
- A third level qualification in a corporate service related discipline
- Experience at a senior management level within finance and corporate services
- A sound working knowledge of Treasury guidelines
- An understanding of accountability and corporate services requirements
- Experience in strategic planning, risk and oversight of implementing audit recommendations
