Pertemps are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant for a local school. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and serving of meals, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensure a smooth operation of kitchen activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of food items.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Help with the serving of meals and ensure timely delivery of food to the dining area.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
