My client in Hertford are looking to appoint a talented HR Administrator on a Contract basis. They are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join the HR and Learning and Development team to support with the smooth running of the team.
What's on offer:
- Salary: 13+ per hour, inside IR35 negotiable based on experience
- Hybrid working

- Monday to Friday
About the role:
- Based in Hertford (Hybrid): Organising diaries, booking rooms, updating and maintaining systems, invoicing, supporting events, managing a team inbox and calendar, updating intranet pages.
- Managing course administration and attendance invites and records for events and courses.
- Responsible for team resources - buying, storing and tidying and monitoring resources cupboards and being available for post room tasks.
- Supporting with work experience requests, induction administration and careers fairs.
About you:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working in public sector organisations.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Local Authority experience is essential.
