Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate road layouts, access points, service diversions, traffic management plans, and pedestrian infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with planning conditions, highways regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and technical resources for highways-related packages.
- Support planning applications and technical submissions with highways input and reports.
