Are you a passionate and experienced automotive professional looking to take pride in your craft? We are looking for a Multiskilled Automotive Painter / Multiskilled Repair Technician / Smart Repair Technician to join our client's busy Accident Repair Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality bodywork and paint finishes, thrives in a busy workshop environment, and takes pride in bringing vehicles back to their best.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and refinishing to vehicles of all makes and models
- Preparing vehicles for painting (filler work, masking, priming, sanding, etc.)
- Mixing and applying paints using both water-based and solvent-based systems
- Performing full re-sprays, blend-ins, and SMART repairs where required
- Conducting final inspections to ensure a flawless finish
- Maintaining workshop cleanliness and ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Multiskilled Automotive Painter / Multiskilled Repair Technician / Smart Repair Technician within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and paint processes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of work
- Familiarity with modern repair methods and tools
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
