A well-established regional law firm is looking to appoint a skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team. This opportunity is based at the firm's Corby office, servicing clients across Northamptonshire and beyond.
The successful candidate will be a confident, technically proficient professional with the ability to independently manage a full caseload of Private Client matters, offering tailored, practical legal advice with a strong focus on client care.
Key Responsibilities:- A start-up role to establish business in the Kettering area. This role would suit a self-starter who wants to eventually grow a team.
- Managing a varied caseload including:
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Trusts
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- A minimum of 3 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive within Private Client law.
